RealtyFeed system is Realtyna's MLS API portal. Anyone who plans to use our MLS Router™ / MLS On The Fly™ API services must create an account on this dashboard. 

Creating a user and subscribing to our API service is very easy and straightforward. Follow these steps:

First, click on the following link and create a user:

** NOTE: If you already have a user on Realtyna.com , you can use the same credentials to sign in **

#2 Verify Your Email

You will receive a verification code in your email. Enter and proceed:

#3 Complete Your Profile

Now, it's time to complete your profile:

• Enter general information
• Add your expertise
• Add your Bio
• Add your social media account

Please note that these details won’t affect your access or permissions in any way.

#4 Choose Your MLS Package

In this step, you can choose your MLS provider and subscribe for it:

• Select MLS Data API >> MLS Router™ (MLS On the Fly™)
  
  and Click Next:

• Search and select Your MLS 

You can choose more than one MLS. 

#5 Check Out

In this step, click check out and proceed to payment:

Upon successful payment, you’ll see the following message and receive a confirmation email.

#6 Access Your API Details

You can now access your API details. Please note that until we receive approval from your MLS, you can only access demo data. Once approval is received, you will have the live MLS data on the same API. 

Your API details (For MLS On The Fly™/ MLS Router™ Clients):

Click on Profile Image > API/Key Settings To see your API details as below:

You can copy them and add them where necessary.

#7 Follow the steps below to initiate your MLS Approval request: 

* Click on Profile Images and choose "Your MLS Access Requests"


* Find your MLS on the list, clikc on ... and then "Edit"

* Complete the fields with the information you have for MLS:




NB: Kindly ensure that all fields are completed when submitting information. As the requirements vary across different MLSs, with some fields being mandatory and others not, providing complete details upfront will minimize the need for follow-up communication and expedite the approval process.

Realtyna recommends using your private account for publishing because the advantages of using your account are better than the advantages of using Realtyna accounts. For clients who do not possess computer skills and cannot work with the developer's accounts, there is the option for using out account.

Below is a list of advantages and disadvantages to each of these options.

Advantages to using your account:

• If you use the Realtyna account, Apple will suggest other applications that we have published on your published page and will show as "Other apps with this developer".  When you publish under your account, no other applications are suggested.
• If you publish under your account, can change Meta data and images from your application at any time without contacting our team, whereas if you use our account, you need to request the changes from us.
• If your application is not free or includes any in-app purchase mechanisms, you cannot publish under the Realtyna application.
• If your application is free and does not include any in-app purchase mechanisms, but you would perhaps want to add these features in the future,  you must publish under your own account as these changes cannot be made under the Realtyna account.
• You can review the rating, notes, statistics, etc. of your account easily and reply to them with your own account, but when using the Realtyna account, it is only possible for us to do so. 

Advantages to using the Realtyna account:

• You will not have to worry about the maintenance of the account. Realtyna developers will keep the account up to date and will pay for annual upgrading ensuring you always have an up to date account.
• If you use your account for the android application, you will need to upload and publish the application yourself. Using the Realtyna account, Realtyna developers automatically publish the application under your account and you will not have to worry about learning how to use the developer console of Google.
