If you do a quick search online, you'll find loads of people talking about this issue. It's definitely something we want to sort out, so let's dig into it to figure out what's going on and how to fix it.

Our team is on it, looking into these problems to get to the bottom of things. But it's also important to give you some tips on what you can do to help deal with the situation.

After checking things out, we've found that the emails are leaving our end just fine. So it seems like the issue might be with the settings on the recipient's email server. That means it's a good idea for users to 

• have a look at those settings and maybe make some tweaks to make sure emails get through smoothly.
• Make sure their mailbox capacity hasn't reached its limit.
• add "noreply@realtyfeed.com" to your email's list of trusted contacts. This could help prevent any interruptions in getting your emails. It's a simple step, but it could make a big difference in keeping communication flowing smoothly.

RealtyFeed is the platform where you can access and subscribe to Realtyna’s services. Creating a user and subscribing to one of the Support plans. You can follow the below steps:

Step 1: Create a User

Click on the following link and create a user: https://dashboard.realtyfeed.com/

Note: If you already have a user account on Realtyna.com, you can use the same credentials to sign in.

Step 2: Verify Your Email

You'll receive a verification code in your email. Enter it to proceed.

Step 3: Complete Your Profile

Next, complete your profile:

- Add your expertise

- Add your bio

- Add your social media accounts

Step 4: Sign Up for Realtyna/RealtyFeed Support Plans

• Click on "Get Started" to see the Support SLA plans.

• Click on the Subscribe button and a terms and conditions pop-up card will open.

• Carefully review the terms and conditions presented. Select the checkbox for the specified terms and conditions to indicate your agreement. proceed by clicking the "Checkout" button to finalize your transaction.

Step 5: Enter Payment Details: 

• Upon reaching the payment page, diligently input your card information, including the card number, expiration date, and CVV code. Additionally, provide the cardholder's name and select the appropriate country or region from the dropdown menu.

Step 6: Initiate Subscription:

• Upon completing the card details and verifying the cardholder's information, proceed by clicking the "Subscribe" button to confirm your payment and initiate the subscription process.
• Later on, you will navigate to the dashboard again with a successful payment notification, and you will be all set.

Step 7: Get your API key

After successfully checking out from the strip dashboard, you will be sent back to your RF dashboard and a pop-up message show you that your payment was successful.

Once you have your API details, it is now time to add them to the MLS On The Fly plugin. 

First, Go to your Admin Dashboard and Click on Plugins:



Add MLS On The Fly plugin.




Then find MLS On The Fly Plugin and activate it. After activation, you can find the plugin on the left bar as below, click Settings.

To add your API details, choose the Realty Feed Credentials tab:
Copy your API credentials from https://dashboard.realtyfeed.com/ApiKeyList and save your changes.

Then you can see your properties at  Houzez backend -> Real Estate - > Properties

- How to add "For Sale/ For Rent" labels:

Please note that the "For Sale" and "For Rent" fields are not included by default in the MLS data, so we need to manually add them to the mapping.

To do this, follow these steps:

1. Go to the MLS On The Fly plugin and navigate to the Mapping section.
2. In the Mapping Type area, select the Query radio button.
3. Scroll to the Taxonomies section and locate property_status (make sure it's property_status, not property-status).
4. Enter the following value:
   StandardStatus,RFTransactionType

Next, go to MLS On The Fly -> Terms section:

1. Under the Status term, choose the delete all option.
2. Then, update it again.

After completing these steps, "For Sale" and "For Rent" will appear as options under the Status term, allowing you to filter properties accordingly.

Mappings:

How to change Mapping in the MLS On The Fly Plugin for Houzez:

1. Open the MLS On The Fly plugin.
2. Go to the Mapping section.
3. You’ll see three radio button options: Post, Meta, and Query.
   • For example, if you want to replace the Area mapping with the Subdivision field, select the Meta option.
   • Locate the property_area field and click Edit.
   • In the mapping field, enter {SubdivisionName} and click Save Mapping.
4. You’ll also need to update the Query:
   • Select the Query option from the radio buttons.
   • In the Taxonomies section, find the property_area field.
   • Click Edit and enter SubdivisionName (without {}), then save.

You can use the same process to update other Houzez taxonomies if needed.

Once you have your API details, it is now time to add them to the MLS on the FLY plugin. 

NOTE: You can find the link to the plugin download in a confirmation email after you successfully subscribe on the RealtyFeed Dashboard.

First, Go to your Admin Dashboard and Click on Plugins:

Add MLS On The Fly™ plugin. 



Then Find MLS On The Fly™ Plugin and activate it. After activation, you can find the plugin on the left bar as below:

To add your API details, click on MLS On The Fly™ plugin then Settings, and choose the RealtyFeed Credentials tab:
Add your API credentials from Step 1 and save your changes.

You can now display MLS listings on the fly on your website. Just go to your properties page and refresh the page if needed:

Creating a user and subscribing to our API service is very easy and straightforward. Follow these steps:

First, click on the following link and create a user:

#2 Verify Your Email

#5 Check Out

In this step, click check out and proceed to payment:

You can now access your API details. Please note that until we receive approval from your MLS, you can only access demo data. Once approval is received, you will have the live MLS data on the same API.

You can copy them and add them where necessary.

#7 Follow the steps below to initiate your MLS Approval request:

NB: Kindly ensure that all fields are completed when submitting information. As the requirements vary across different MLSs, with some fields being mandatory and others not, providing complete details upfront will minimize the need for follow-up communication and expedite the approval process.

Configuring Payment Gateways

Navigate to WPL->Payments and configure your gateways. You can disable the gateways that you don't like.

Here you can find an explanation of each option.

E-Wallet

Status: For disabling/enabling gateway.

Minimum Balance: Set a minimum balance for E-Wallet system. For example, if you set it to 10, then client balance cannot be less than this amount.

Index: Sort the gateways. If set it to 1, E-Wallet gateway will show as the first gateway in the front-end.

Comment: Your comment will show on checkout pages.

Paypal

Status: For disabling/enabling gateway.

Index: Sort the gateways. If set it to 1, Paypal gateway will show as first gateway in the frontend.

Mode: Set it to live for production website. You can use Sandbox mode if you use a sandbox Paypal account for debugging your website.

Payment Method: WPL paypal supports 2 methods for checkout. one is "Express payment" and another one is "Direct payment" You can choose one of them or both of them if you like. in "Express" method, your clients redirect to paypal website and then can pay the invoice using their paypal account and in "Direct" method, your clients will pay the invoice on your website using their credit cards.

Username: API username of paypal. It needed for "Direct payment".

Password: API password of paypal. It needed for "Direct payment".

Signature: API signature of paypal. It needed for "Direct payment".

Business Account: Your paypal account email. It needed for "Express payment".

MultiSafePay

Status: For disabling/enabling gateway.

Index: Sort the gateways. If set it to 1, MultiSafePay gateway will show as first gateway in the frontend.

Mode: Set it to live for production website. You can use Sandbox mode if you're building your website and you want to test the payment.
API Key: You can get the API Key from your account on https://www.multisafepay.com/ website.

PayFast

Status: For disabling/enabling gateway.

Index: Sort the gateways. If set it to 1, PayFast gateway will show as first gateway in the frontend.

Mode: Set it to live for production website. You can use Sandbox mode if you're building your website and you want to test the payment.

Marchant ID, Marchant Key: You can get them from your account on https://www.payfast.co.za/ website.
Passphrase: It's an optional security option that PayFast provide to you. If you enabled this option on your account you need to insert your passphrase here.

Bank

Status: For disabling/enabling gateway.

Auto Confirm: Bank receipts should be confirmed first by admin of website, You can enable auto confirm of bank receipts if you don't want to confirm them manually.

Index: Sort the gateways. If set it to 1, Bank gateway will show as first gateway in the frontend.

Comment: Your comment will show on checkout pages.

Configuring Activities

After configuring your gateways you should disable E-Wallet activity if you disabled E-Wallet gateway otherwise you can enable and configure this activity.

Confirm Bank Receipts

For confirming bank receipts you should navigate to WPL->Payments->Transaction and search for "Bank" gateway and then click on tick icon.

By clicking on the "Edit" icon or adding a new activity, you will see the screenshots below:

You can set the activity parameters such as layout, title, specific options etc. WPL PRO users can set page associations for each activity.

Also if you have WPL Membership addon installed, you can manage access of different users to the activities.

These errors are not related to WPL. In some cases, to fix these errors, you should delete the WPL plugin folder using the FTP or cPanel file manager.  To do this, connect to your website directories and delete the WPL plugin directory manually.  Then, try to update or install WPL again.

Solution 1: Use the Classic Widgets Plugin

1. Go to Plugins > Add New.

2. Search for Classic Widgets.

3. Install and activate the plugin made by WordPress Contributors.

This brings back the traditional widget system and fixes shortcode rendering on pages in many cases.

Solution 2: Add Code Manually 

If you prefer not to use a plugin, add this code to your functions.php file in your active theme:

add_filter('use_widgets_block_editor', '__return_false');

This will disable the modern block-based widgets and re-enable the classic widget editor, helping shortcodes work properly again.

Final Step 

After applying one of the fixes above:

• Go to your Widgets section again.

• Copy the new updated shortcode from the widget.

• Replace the existing shortcode in your Page content with this new one.

Introduction

The Universal Terms mentioned in this Hosting Service Agreement set general terms and conditions of your use of Realtyna’s Hosting Services.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Web Hosting: Realtyna’s Web Hosting plans your real estate website within one or more servers. Your website gets a unique DNS address, albeit the resources are shared between customers on the same servers.

Dedicated Server: Dedicated Server plans give you exclusive server access for your account and usage. You will have exclusive access to bandwidth, memory, and storage space. This means your server’s performance will not be affected by other customers’ traffic and usage patterns.

Outsource Server Management Service: We will handle core patching, security, monitoring, and backups for plans that provide you with the option to enable root/administrative access. The subscription includes additional Expert Services.

Hosting Backup: The Hosting Services plans also offer a backup and restore option:- with Hosting backup, all your website files are saved to the cloud once per day. We will cancel the backup and restore services once you cancel the Hosting Services subscription.

ACCOUNT TERMINATION; LIMITATIONS

Migration of Servers: You acknowledge and agree that we may need to migrate our servers. Consequently, your dedicated IP might change. So, we will assign a different IP to you. We do not warrant you to maintain your given IP numbers consistently. 

Termination of Hosting Services:  Upon expiration or termination of your Hosting Services, you must discontinue use of the Hosting Services and cease to use the IP addresses/server names assigned to you while using Hosting Services. You must point the domain name system (“DNS”) for your domain name(s) away from our servers. You are also responsible for moving your website or server content off our servers prior to termination. We will not transfer or FTP your website or server content to another provider. If you fail to move your website or server content off our servers prior to cancellation, we will delete all such content from our system. 

Free Products Credits: Upon termination of the Hosting Services, all free products provided as part of the Hosting Services will be canceled or revoked.

Notice Regarding Licensed Images on Migration or Exportation (where available): Subject to all other applicable licenses terms and conditions, images available and licensed for use are intended for Realtyna hosted customers only and are subject to the terms and conditions of third-party intellectual property rights and licensing restrictions. To that extent, if you wish to export or migrate your hosted product or service to another service provider (if available as an option), it is solely your responsibility to ensure your continued right to use any images incorporated therein. You acknowledge and agree that Realtyna shall have no responsibility for any claims resulting from your continued use of said images after migration and/or termination (whichever occurs first).

Storage Capacity: The total amount of usable storage capacity for your designated Hosting Service(s) may differ from the represented capacity, space is required for the operating system(s), system file(s), and other supporting files (s).

YOUR OBLIGATIONS; REPRESENTATIONS, AND WARRANTIES

Justification: You agree that Realtyna shall have the right to seek justification in connection with your use of the Hosting Services. Specifically, your purchase of IP addresses should provide all necessary information and assistance related to service performance that allows us to meet the performance standards as outlined in this document. In connection with such purchases, you acknowledge and agree that we may disclose your name and justification to certain registries including, but not limited to, the American Registry of Internet Numbers, in accordance with policies promulgated by any and all such registries and such information may be displayed publicly on the Whois database.

Abusive Activities and Other Threats: You acknowledge and agree that you may not use our servers and your website as a source, intermediary, reply to address, or destination address for mail bombs, Internet packet flooding, packet corruption, denial of service, or other abusive activities that threaten the stability of Realtyna’s network or will damage the systems of, or cause a disruption of internet services to, Realtyna, our customers, or third-parties. Server hacking or other perpetration of security breaches is prohibited, and we reserve the right to remove sites containing information about hacking or links to such information. Use of your website as an anonymous gateway is prohibited. We prohibit the use of software or scripts run on our servers that cause the server to load beyond a reasonable level, as determined by us. You agree and acknowledge that we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently remove your website from our servers if you violate this Service Agreement and/or act in a way that threatens the stability of our network. You acknowledge and agree that all websites associated with your hosting account may be removed if one website violates this.

Additionally, using Warez and Null plugins on our hosting is highly prohibited. Finding these type of plugins will mean termination of hosting service without any refund.

Service Agreement: You further acknowledge and agree that Realtyna reserves the right to scan your hosted account for malicious content/ malware and that, in the event that any such content is discovered, it may be removed at Realtyna's discretion for security purposes.

Under development websites that don't have associated payment or production domain connections, will be closed to search engine bots for security and safety reasons.

Storage and Security. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for undertaking measures to (1) prevent any loss or damage to your website or server content; (2) maintain independent archival and backup copies of your website or server content; and (3) ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of all your website or server content transmitted through or stored on our servers.

Our servers are not an archive, and we shall have no liability to you or any other person for the loss, damage, or destruction of any of your content. 

You shall not use the Service in any way that shall impair the functioning or operation of our services or equipment. Specifically, by way of example and not as a limitation, you shall not use the Hosting Services as (1) a repository or instrument for placing or storing archived files; and/or (2) placing or storing material that can be downloaded through other websites. You acknowledge and agree that we have the right to carry out a forensic examination in the event of a compromise to your server or account.

Website/Server Content: You shall be solely responsible for providing, updating, uploading, and maintaining your website or server and any or all files, pages, data, works, information, and/or materials on, within, displayed, linked or transmitted to, from or through your website or server including, but not limited to, trade or service marks, images, photographs, illustrations, graphics, audio clips, video clips, email or other messages, meta tags, domain names, software, and text. You acknowledge and agree that in the course of providing you with technical assistance, it may be necessary for our support staff to modify, alter or remove the content of your hosted product. Your website or server content shall also include any registered domain names provided by you or registered on your behalf in connection with the Hosting Services.

If access to a third-party hosting website is required in the provision of any Service, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to provide us with access to the third-party hosting account for the purposes of this Service Agreement. You agree that you retain sole contractual and any other legal or fiduciary responsibilities related to your third-party hosting account.

If you request that we install any Third Party Software (defined below) not provided as part of the Hosting Services, you represent and warrant that (1) you have the right to use and install the Third Party Software, (2) you have paid the applicable licensing fees for the Third Party Software, and (3) the Third-Party Software does not and shall not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any other person or entity.

PROVISIONS SPECIFIC TO WEB HOSTING ( Agent, Startup, Advanced, Brokerage plans)

Storage and Plan Limits: All Web Hosting plans are subject to a limit of defined disk space quota.

Optimization for WordPress Hosting: As part of the Service, and for continuous improvement, you opt into Real User Metrics (RUM) and Google Core Web Vitals (CWV). This allows us to identify internal bottlenecks and optimization opportunities by inserting a small snippet of JavaScript code into customer websites. The snippet of JavaScript code will enable us to measure and track your website’s performance and collect information such as connection time and page load time. We don't collect any user information with RUM. However, the data we collect allows us to improve our systems, optimize DNS resolution, and improve network routing and server configurations.

Website/Server Content: Your website may not include any of the following content: (1) image hosting scripts that allow an anonymous user to upload an image for display on another website (similar to Photobucket or Tinypic); (2) banner ad services for display on other websites or devices (commercial banner ad rotation); (3) file dump/mirror scripts that allow an anonymous user to upload a file for other to download (similar to Rapidshare); (4) commercial audio streaming (more than one or two streams); (5) push button mail scripts that allow the user to specify recipient email addresses; (6) anonymous or bulk SMS gateways; (7) backups of content from another computer or website; (8) BitTorrent trackers; or (9) any script that causes a degradation in the performance of our server or network environment.

PROVISIONS SPECIFIC TO VPS AND DEDICATED HOSTING ( Enterprise and Ultimate plans)

Server Access: If you purchase MS SQL or Managed Backups, you hereby authorize us to log into your server for purposes of installing and configuring the MS SQL or Managed Backups.

IP Addresses: You acknowledge and agree that you are required to begin using at least ninety percent (90%) of your purchased IP addresses within thirty (30) days of assignment of such IP addresses to you. In the event that you do not begin using at least ninety percent (90%) of your assigned IP addresses within thirty (30) days of assignment, you acknowledge and agree that we shall have the right to reclaim any unused IP addresses.

Configuration Add-Ons: We offer multiple configuration options (“Configuration Add-Ons”) for an extra fee. The specific Configuration Add-Ons available depend on which hosting package you purchase but may include a control panel, database, external firewall, or RAID. You acknowledge and agree that installing a Configuration Add-On will use some of your available storage, may require additional provisioning time, will require us to install Third-Party Software (defined below), third party hardware, or internally developed custom software to your server, and, in some cases, may limit the versions of Third Party Software available for use with your server. We will support third Party Software, third-party hardware, and internally developed customer software. If you wish to cancel RAID, you will be required to cancel your server and purchase a new one.

cPanel: In the event, you add cPanel to your server, you agree to be bound by the cPanel EULA, which is hereby incorporated by reference.

cPanel Fair Usage Policy: This policy is a guide to understanding the intended uses of our Services and preventing exploitation and abuse of the unlimited features offered in our plans. VPS and dedicated hosting with cPanel offers an unlimited number of accounts. Although we do not wish to set a specific limit, as a guideline, a threshold of 100 accounts will be considered normal, reasonable use. We evaluate your usage in comparison with typical levels of usage engaged in by other users. In the event that you exceed this threshold, Realtyna may, in its sole and absolute discretion, assess additional usage charges for accounts in excess of the threshold or restrict additional accounts from being created. Where possible, Realtyna will provide notice of your usage in excess of the normal use.

PROVISIONS SPECIFIC TO MANAGED SSL

If you purchased Managed SSL and are using an SSL certificate on a website hosted by us, we will generate and securely store a corresponding private key. For security reasons, at no time will we release your private key, even per your request. 

We will automatically validate, issue and install the new certificate every two years after subscribing to our hosting products. Customers using 3rd party hosting products will be required to reinstall the new certificate after we automatically validate and issue a new certificate. We will alert customers when to take action via the product dashboard and email.

You are permitted to assign a representative authority to (1) sign and submit, or approve a certificate request on your behalf, (2) sign and submit a Subscriber Agreement on your behalf, and/or (iii) to acknowledge the Terms of Use on your behalf. Provided you acknowledge and agree that you are and will remain subject to and bound by all terms and conditions of this Agreement.

SERVICE UPTIME GUARANTEE

We offer a Service uptime guarantee of 99.9% (“Service Uptime Guarantee”) of available time per month. If we fail to maintain this Service Uptime Guarantee in a particular month (as solely determined by us), you may contact us and request a credit of 5% of your monthly hosting fee for that month. The credit may be used only to purchase other products and services from us, and is exclusive to any applicable taxes. The Service Uptime Guarantee does not apply to service interruptions caused by: (1) periodic scheduled maintenance or repairs we may undertake from time to time; (2) interruptions caused by you from custom scripting, coding, or the installation of third-party applications; (3) outages that do not affect the appearance of your website but merely affect access to your websites such as FTP and email; (4) causes beyond our control or that are not reasonably foreseeable; and (5) outages related to the reliability of certain programming environments.

Definition and Scope As part of the Hosting Services, you may be allowed to use certain software, widgets, or other applications (“Software”) developed, owned, or licensed by a third-party. Your use of this Software may be subject to additional terms. If the Software is accompanied by or requires a license agreement from the third-party provider, your use of the Software is subject to that license agreement, in addition to this Service Agreement.

Terms and Conditions Applicable to all Software and Operating Software: You may use the Software and Operating Software solely as part of the Services. You may not remove, modify, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices that are contained in or on the Software. Additionally, you may not sell, modify, re-use reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, reverse compile, create derivative works of or attempt to extract the source code from the Software.

Realtyna may provide your personal information to third-party providers as required to provide the third-party Software. Realtyna reserves the right to modify, change, or discontinue the provision of the Software at any time.

Realtyna makes no representations or warranties about any third-party Software offered with the Hosting Services and expressly disclaims any liability.

You will indemnify, defend, and absolve Realtyna from and against any and all claims imposed upon or incurred by Realtyna directly or indirectly arising from your use or misuse of the third-party Software. The providers of the third-party Software are third-party beneficiaries of this Services Agreement for purposes of enforcing their rights under this Services Agreement.

The Hosting Services are operated in Linux® environments. 

We reserve the right to modify, change, or discontinue any Third-Party Software at any time, and you agree to cooperate in performing such steps as may be necessary to install any updates to the Third-Party Software. The Third-Party Software is neither sold nor distributed to you, and you may use Third-Party Software solely as part of the Hosting Services. You may not use the Third-Party Software outside of the Hosting Services. We may provide your personal information to third-party providers as required to provide the Third-Party Software. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Third-Party Software is subject to our agreement(s) with the third-party providers. In addition, if the Third-Party Software is accompanied by or requires consent to a service or license agreement from the third-party provider, your use of the Third-Party Software is subject to such service or license agreement. You are responsible for managing and maintaining in good standing any paid subscription and/or account required with a third-party provider. You must cancel or terminate your paid subscription and/or account with the applicable third-party provider and not Realtyna.

WordPress backend > WPL > Settings > Membership > Facebook Login and enter the APP ID and App Secret.

In order to get an App ID and App Secret, you should create a app in your Facebook account. Here's how to do it:

You need to add https://yoursite.com/properties/v/members/?wplmethod=fblogin as redirect URI in your Facebook app if you didn't change default configuration of WPL. If your wpl main page is something else rather than properties then you should change the URL accordingly. Also do not forget to change yoursite.com and add your own domain.

To add icons for appliances, you should look for this PHP code: elseif($value['type'] == 'feature'), in the template code of "propertyshow" view. Under that, you can find codes to show appliances and features of the property. You can add blocks to show your icons for which ever appliance you like.

Then grab the short of this widget by clicking on "View Shortcode" button. After that, go to WPL Activity Manager and create a new "html" activity; then put the shortcode you've just copied into the HTML box and set the Position to "dashboard_favorites". After that, the Favorites menu will show-up in Membership Dashboard panel.

Sometimes fetched longitude and latitude is not exact so you will need to modify the Geo point of the property manually. To adjust the latitude and longitude, simply drag and drop the map marker to the correct position.  Please find an example in the screenshot below:

The Map point field is a temporary address only used for sending a Geo point request to the Google servers and it is not important. Therefore, it is not necessary for the address structure to be valid.

2) Create the menus by using the WPL SEF feature (recommended)

Using the SEF feature of WPL is recommended because it will greatly improve your SEO.  As well, the linking scenario is automatic using this method.  To use this feature, WordPress permalink settings must not be set to default.  Also, the .htaccess file must be available on your WordPress root file.  By using this method, WPL will link the pages together automatically.

Note: if you are using this method, ignore target page options in WPL shortcode wizard and widgets.

WPL uses an amazing Property Structure (Flex) so you can add new fields and edit/enable/disable/delete the current fields. You can also make some fields mandatory, or change the sorting of the fields.

For adding new fields into the WPL, you can simply select the field type using the right dropdown menu and select the "Add" button. You will see the following screen.  Simply fill in the form and click the "save" button.

Manage Data Categories

You can export settings in two different formats: JSON and XML. There are no differences in exported data between these formats; therefore you can select whichever one you like.

To import (restore) your previously exported settings, simply choose your settings file from the Import section. Note that all your current settings will be overridden; so please proceed with caution.

For example, you can insert echo do_shortcode('[wpl_property_listings sf_locationtextsearch="Los Angeles, California, united States"]'); etc.

Here is how to generate WPL Shortcodes:

1- The easiest way is to purge the sold listing from your website. If you don't want to purge it, you can delete it temporary. This way it won't show on the search pages.

2- If you want to show it in the search pages marked as sold, you can use the WPL tags addon and create a new tag called 'Sold' and then add the 'sold' tag to your sold listing. This way a sold caption will show on the listing images on your property listing pages and your website visitor will see that the listing is sold.  To do this  you will need to have WPL Pro.

3- If you want to separate the sold listings from active listings on the listings pages please follow these steps:

- Create a new listing type, named "Sold".

- Assign sold listings to the "Sold" listing type.

- Create a WordPress page and show only sold listings using the WPL shortcode wizard and add it to your theme menus.

- Use the multiple listing type option and show all available listing types except "Sold" in your WPL main listing page.

You can access the Notification Manager by going to WPL->Notifications:

As shown in the screenshot above, you can see all notifications here for managing. By clicking on the subject of notification, you're be able to edit the notification details. Please see next screenshot:

You can edit the subject and the content of the email in the basic tab. For content, you can use any HTML element that you want, but you cannot add WordPress shortcodes here. If you want to use the text editor, do not change the HTML structure of the placeholder images at all.

In the advanced tab, you can include more recipients to the notification:

By including a membership (for PRO members) all the users that are assigned to that membership will receive the notification. You can include WPL users/agents to the notification as well. There is a feature for including emails to the notification and you can use this feature to send a copy of the notification to a custom email.

- When your WPL basic data/configuration is not important for you.

In this case completely remove WPL basic plugin (using the WordPress delete link in plugin manager) and then install the WPL PRO package. You can download the WPL PRO package from your billing account under the licenses menu.

Note: If you forgot to delete WPL free before installing WPL PRO, do not delete it from the WordPress plugin manager. Instead, connect to the FTP server or cPanel of your website and remove its directory located in /wp-content/plugins/. Please check following screenshot.

- When you don't want to lose WPL Basic data/configurations.

Complete the following steps if you would like to upgrade from WPL basic to WPL PRO and keep your data:

1. Deactivate WPL basic using the WordPress plugin manager.
2. Install WPL PRO (Ignore the errors if any)
3. Connect to your cPanel or FTP server and remove the WPL Basic directory (See screenshot below)
4. Activate WPL PRO.

If you did all the settings and you cannot see the tags in the front-end listing. You need to check in the WPL > Activity Manager> Listing gallery in the "wpl_property_lisitngs_image" position to find if the tag is enable or not. You should do it for all of activities separately. Also this settings don't apply on your third party plugins or themes. They should have their own option.

1- Open the WPL->Flex->User menu.

2- Select "URL" as field type and then click "Add" button. You can select other field types based on your need.

3- Fill the data field form and save the new field.

4- New field is created, now you can move it to your desired position. Also you can edit it whenever you like.

5- New field is added under profile page of agent. It also will show on frontend profile if you're using WPL Membership addon or a frontend profile menu.

Also data of new field will show on "Agent Info" activities of WPL on frontend. Including agent info on PDF flyer, Property Details page and Profile Details page of agents.

How to:

After making sure the Advanced Portal Search add-on is installed, you can configure the Search Widget to add this feature. In order to learn how to add and then configure the search Widget, please read This link

You would need to go to the WP Backend > Appearance > Widgets > then find your active Search Widget on the right side, click on it and then click on View Fields, just like the screenshot below: 

After the pop-up opened, you can find the Suggestion Search feature in the Basic Details tab. Just scroll through the items in the bottom and find the Suggestion Search. Drag and drop it in the middle. Now, you can reorder the Search Widget items and move the Suggestion Search feature to the first by dragging and dropping the items in the right panel of the same window. 

Now close that pop-up and click on the Save button in the Search Widget Options. That’s it, you managed to add the Suggestion Search to your Search Widget as in the first screenshot.

When editing a property in the WPL > Listing Manager, you would need to go to the "Video" section. Here you can add your virtual tour. Enter a name for the title and fill in the "Video description" if needed. In the "Video embed code", add the code of your tour. 

After editing, do not forget to finalize your changes by clicking the blue 'Finalize' button at the top.

Depending on the layer of the virtual tour, it can be displayed in different ways.

After this, the virtual tour will appear in the matching entry page. If it is still not showing there, You need to check the "listing_video" activity to make sure it is enabled. For this purpose please go to WPL -> Activity manager -> Check "listing_video" activity to be in the list and be activated. You can edit this activity and change the size of virtual tour.

You can simply change the structure of property alias/permalink in the WPL->Settings->SEO-> Listing Link Pattern. Default pattern is "[property_type][glue][listing][glue][location][glue][rooms][glue][bedrooms][glue][bathrooms][glue][price]" (without commas) but you can remove elements or add any element that you like into it.

For example if you want to include a new field into the address you should insert column name of the field in [wp_prefix]_wpl_properties table so if the column name of your field is field_3005 you should insert [field_3005] into the pattern. Also you can insert this parameters into the pattern:

[location]: It will insert location text of the property into the link.

[location1_name], [location2_name], [location3_name], [location4_name], [location5_name], [zip_name]: These parameters insert location names into the link.

[mls_id]: It will insert Listing ID of property into the link.

Note: If you changed the pattern, you should remove listings cached data from WPL->Settings->Maintenance section.

Note: You won't have broken links after changing Listing link pattern and old links will 301 redirect to new links.

Note: If you couldn't change the email sender/name globally on WordPress or you want to set a certain sender email/name for WPL, you can do it by modifying the sender email and the sender name options of WPL.  This is located in WPL->Settings->Notifications section.

Note: If you insert sender email/name in WPL options, WPL uses its own options and overrides WordPress sender email/name.

For doing this, please navigate to Appearance->Widgets and find your desired search widget (Normally it's included in "Property Listing Top" or "Carousel" positions) and click "View Fields" button. In the opened light-box, find the price field and then add your desired thousand separator as fourth parameter.

The pattern will be like this: min,max,increment,separator

So the final configuration will be something like 0,10000000,100000,.

You can enable this feature simply by setting User URLs option to WPL URLs in WPL->Settings->Membership->Users Section. We explained this feature more complete on WPL Membership manual.

Note: If you're using a maintenance plugin for temporarily blocking your website for public users, Then make sure that your plugin supports the login URL correctly. Some plugins only know WordPress default login URL and block other pages so they may block even yourself from logging in to your website.

Add a title for your page. You can call it “blog,” or give it another name.

 On the right hand side you will see several options for page attributes. 

If you want your blog to appear under another page in your site’s navigation panel, select that page as a parent.

 If you want your blog to appear as an independent page in your site’s navigation panel, select “(no parent)”.

 Under “Template”, select “default template” to keep your blog page consistent with the rest of your site.

 Insert a number in the “Order” field to determine where on the navigation panel your blog will appear. The higher the number, the further to the right it will appear.  Click update to activate your page.

 Now you will need to enable your newly created page to accept new posts.

 From your dashboard, navigate to Settings --> Reading.

 Under “Front page displays”, select “A static page,” then under “Posts page,” select the page you’ve just created.

You may also set the number of posts that will appear on the page at any one time. The fields “Syndication feeds show the most recent” and “For each article in a feed show” allow you to customize RSS and other feeds.

 You may also limit the visibility of your blog, if you don’t want your posts to appear in Google and other search engines. 

 To add a new post to your blog, navigate to "Posts" on your dashboard and select “add new.”

On this page, you can title your post, set the format, and add categories and tags.  Any post you publish will automatically appear on your blog page.

For us to be able to provide you with MLS® listing functionality such as automatic listing imports and MLS® searches, you need to sign up for a "National Shared Pool" data feed from CREA® and designate us as the technology provider. By creating such a feed you are essentially telling CREA® that you would like to grant us access to listing data to use on your website.

It is a very straight forward process and should only take a few moments to complete. Here is a simple guide we have created to help take you through the process. If you have any questions or get stuck, please feel free to get in touch and we will be happy to help you.

If you have any issues or don't see the same options as shown in the screenshots below, refer to the bottom of this guide for more information.

1) The first thing you need to do is go to "http://realtorlink.ca" and login:

• Step1: Choose your board/association
• Step 2: Enter your user ID
• Step 3: Enter your password
• Step 4: Click "Sign-in"

If you cannot see the Realtor.ca site, login from this URL https://member.realtor.ca/default.aspx

2) From here you need to navigate to the "My Tools" then "Data Distribution Facility (DDF®)" section by clicking the link in the main navigation:

3) Now you have to start creating a new "National Shared Pool" feed by clicking the "Data Feeds" icon as shown here:

4) Continue the process by clicking the green "Add a Data Feed" button:

5) There are a number of items to pay attention to here so I will detail what you should choose/enter for each step on this page:

• Step 1: Choose "National Shared Pool"
• Step 2: Choose the first option in the list labeled "I will be engaging a 3rd Party Technology Provider to operate my Data Feed"
• Step 3: Here you have to designate Realtyna as your technology provider. First you should type 'Realtyna' into the search box as shown in the screenshot below and then select the Realtyna option
• Step 4: In this step you have to enter the URL of the website you are creating with Realtyna. Your name should already be auto-populated into the second field but if it is not, please enter your full name.
• Step 5: Choose the first option in the list labeled "I want the data feed to PROVIDE ALL available listings"
• Step 6: Click the submit button at the bottom of the page

6) This is the final step and all you have to do here is make sure that the status is set to "Active" and to click the green button at the bottom of the page. Please note: Do not click the blue button that is halfway down the page as this will take you back a step. Instead scroll down and click the green button at the bottom

Your DDF® feed has successfully been created and you can continue on with the rest of your website setup.

7) If your website is going to be a team or brokerage site, please e-mail support@realtyna.com and let us know if you have not done so already.

IMPORTANT NOTE

There are the 3 different options that you might see when you are joining DDF. Please select National Shared Pool Feed. If this is not available, it means your brokerage has decided to not be a part of the national shared pool data feed. This means that the MLS Search Features will not work on the website.

If you are able to ask your brokerage to join the National Shared Pool Feed, then you will see the option to select 'National Shared Pool Feed'. Thus allowing us to activate all MLS Features on your website.

If your brokerage does not want to join the DDF, then you should select the 'Member Website Feed - One or More Offices' options which will give you access to your own and your offices listings. If that is not available you should choose the 'Website Member Feed - My Listings' and this will allow only your personal listings to appear on your website.

National Shared Pool - If an agent selects this, it means that their active listings, office listings and all other DDF listings in the National Shared Pool (through MLS search pages) are available to them. This is what we ideally want them to have.

Member Website Feed - One or More Offices - this means the brokerage has not joined the National Shared Pool feed but has allowed their agents access to only their own and brokerage listings. If a agent selects this, then their personal listings and Office listings will appear on the website

Website Member Feed - My Listings - this means the brokerage has not joined the National Shared Pool feed and the agent is only allowed to view their own listings. Only the agents personal listings will be visible on the website.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can't I sign up for a feed or Why don't I see the same links/options as you?

The reason for this is more than likely that your brokerage has not opted into DDF® yet. This means that none of the listings in your brokerage are part of DDF® and none of the agents in your brokerage can sign-up for any data feeds. 

What we suggest is that you get in touch with your managing broker or broker of record and ask them what their policy is on DDF®.

If you want to create a WordPress multilingual website, then you don't have many choices. You can use free plugins such as Polylang, qTranslate etc or use a premium plugin like WPML.

We strongly suggest to use WPML since it's the most complete solution for creating a multilingual WP website.

1- First of all, you need to enable the feature. For enabling it, you can navigate to WPL->Settings->Global->APS addon and set Landing Page Generator to enabled.

2- In the property search page of your website, filter the listings as you like. For example you can use WPL Search Widget to filter the listings or use Map search of APS addon to filter the listing by a certain location. Also you can sort the listings and set the page size option if you like.

3- After all, click on the Landing Page Generator button below the sort options.

Note: Only users who have "Landing Page" access can see this button so don't worry about your website visitors, they don't see it. If you don't see the button yourself, then please enable "Landing Page" access for your own user. You can check WPL user accesses article for more information.

4- Insert a proper name for the landing page describing the listings that you filtered.

5- Then the APS will generate the page and provide you two links. One is the page link that you can share it with your clients and another one is edit link of the page. You can use the edit link to adjust the page if you like. Also you can see the generated landing page in your WordPress->Pages menu and you can always edit it or remove it if needed.

Note: It's up to you how to use the generated landing page. You can create marketing campaigns, share the link on the social networks, send the link by emails etc.

1. Create a new activity with "listing gallery" type, go to the WPL menu -> Activity Manager

Here you should select the "Position" button to choose where you want to see your gallery, for example "pshow_position3" or "pshow_position2". 

Also select the "floorplan" category of the images.  Here, you can change other options, like title, layout, size of the image gallery as well.

2. In the next step, you need to add some images in the property wizard and choose the floorplan category for them. Go to the WPL menu -> Add listing or Listing manager -> Edit property > Select Files to Load Images > Select Image Category > Select "Finalize" to Save.

Now you can see your new image gallery on the property details page.

This widget is useful if you have several listing pages and you want to include certain widgets (Such as WPL search widget) into your listing pages. For example you have 2 For Sale and For Rent pages and you want to include 2 different search widgets into proper pages.

If you are using theme28 the best widget area for this Carousel is "Top Footer Rows".

WPL has some tasks (jobs) that should be run regularly. By default we will run them on the background when someone visits details page of one property on your website. So it large scale websites it may create a delay in loading the property details page. If you want to speed up the property details page, then we suggest you to use the new WPL cronjob system.

Please check WPL -> Settings -> WPL Continues Jobs, you will see a full details description there. but if you don't know how to add the cronjob, then please read the rest of this article.

Adding the cronjob from server

If you have access to server root and you're a server expert, then you can simply add this command into your server crontab file:

Adding the cronjob from cPanel

If your website have a cPanel, then you can login to your website cPanel and go to cronjob menu and use that wizard for setting the cronjob. You should insert wget http://yourwebsite.com/?wpl_do_cronjobs=1 into the command field. It should run every 5 minutes.

Please note that you should change the yourwebsite.com to your website domain and path. Also please make sure that the cPanel cronjob is working fine. It's mandatory otherwise your website may face some problems. You can see the latest run time of cPanel cronjob in "WPL Continues Jobs" section of WPL -> Settings menu.

WordPress Backend > Settings > General > And check the  Membership > Anyone can register.

If your WordPress is multi-site installation, you can enable the register button, by this path:

My Sites > Network Admin > Setting > Allow new registrations: User accounts may be registered.

After enabling them, you will see contact forms in the single property pages and profile show pages:

Note: These activities will send an email to a registered agent email in the WordPress profile. It won't work with the WPL main email or WPL secondary email.

To do so, Please follow this path: WPL > Settings > UI Customizer > Listing Settings > Listing picture mouseover effect

To fix this issue, Please check " Parent" page on that specific page. Go to > WordPress backend > Pages > and open for editing > Page Attributes > Parent. The parent page should not be a WPL Main permalink page. In this case, you should change/remove the parent page.

Also, you can find the WPL main permalink setting by the following this path: WPL > Settings > SEO > WPL Main Permalink:

In order to fix this issue in the version 3.2.0 you need to insert next code into your site:

 There are several ways where you can insert this code:

1. If you use WPL Pro plugin version you can insert code in UI Customizer. To find UI Customizer you need to go to Wordpress dashboard and then follow the path WPL -> Settings -> UI Customizer, section Custom styles.
2. If you use official Realtyna template Theme28 you need to go to Wordpress dashboard and in left menu you need to go to WPL28 Settings -> Custom CSS.
3. If you use WPL Basic version UI Customizer is not available. In this case, you can insert code in the appropriate location of your theme if your theme support it.
4. You can use any plugin from Wordpress plugin registry that supports custom css codes.

1- Open https://www.bingmapsportal.com/ website and click sign in button.

2- If you have a live.com account, login with your live account otherwise create a new account and then login to live.com.

3- After that you should redirect to https://www.bingmapsportal.com/Account Then open "My Keys" menu under "My Account menu".

4- Then create a new key and submit the form.

5- Finally copy the key that you created and then use it in WPL Bing Maps activity.

• Copy the generated API key to your clipboard.

How to restrict the Client side API key: 

After pasting the API Key your WordPress site and saving the settings, return to the Google API Manager. You will want to restrict access to your API Key to avoid having it “hijacked” and going over your quota. Click the Restrict key button on the API key created window as shown above.

Select HTTP referrers (web sites) and enter the following domains under Accept requests from these HTTP referrers (web sites) replacing yourdomain.com with your domain name. The domain name has to be exactly with the same format that you can see in the snapshot below:

The Simple way is to use the integrated feature that is available under WPL Settings in backend. By clicking on "Add Sample Properties", you will get up to 6 random properties added to your WPL:

After downloading, you can install it on your WPL PRO using the add-on installer form on the WPL dashboard. After installing, you will see a new menu under "Listing Manager" named "Sample Data". By clicking on this menu, you will see the screenshot below:

Using this menu, you can insert sample listings into the WPL.

Note: This add-on uses 12 high quality images as property images, but you can add your own images if you like by replacing your desired images into this path: /wp-content/plugins/real-estate-listing-realtyna-wpl-pro/views/backend/wpl_sample/images/

Note: Don't insert WPL shortcodes inside of property description otherwise your property page won't open due to an infinite loop.

You can edit existing categories' names, change their position or disable/enable them. Also you can add new data category if you like.

After adding new category, you can move the existing fields or new fields to this category.

Please navigate to WPL->Flex and edit your desired field. You will see an "Access" section in the bottom of edit screen. using this option you can simply show/hide your desired fields for desired memberships. Please find attached screenshot.

If you don't see this section, perhaps you need to update your WPL PRO and WPL Membership addons to latest version.

Since WPL 2.0.0, we have added a style switcher to the property listing view of WPL, so visitors can switch between list and grid and Map styles.



Grid View:

The default value of the style switcher is "Grid" but you can change it by placing a key "value" text into the WPL shortcode. For selecting List style as default, you need to place this text wplpcc="row_box" and for selecting a grid style as default, place this text wplpcc="grid_box" into the WPL shortcode.

Host/Server side

1- Don't use shared hosts if fast speed is very important for you. A dedicated server, VPS or Cloud host (Based on your budget) can be good choices for speeding up your website.

2- Services on your host/server should be well configured. For example, wrong configuration for MySQL may create some low speed issue for your website.

3- High RAM and High CPU are 2 important items that can create a fast website for you so if upgrading your server for having higher resources is a good idea for speeding up your website.

4- Use some server side caching technologies such as Varnish. Correct configuration for Varnish is very important, otherwise, it can create some serious problems for your website.

Domain side

1- Check DNS lookup time of your website. Sometimes it takes about 1 second!! Which is very high. If it takes a long time, you should check your domain DNS configurations.

WordPress side

1- Your WordPress theme is an extremely important item, so you should use an optimized theme for your website. Sometimes switching to a light theme can speed up your website 50% more!

2- Don't install many plugins on your WordPress website. Unfortunately, WordPress is not an MVC CMS so installing many plugins on your website will create some conflicts between plugins and will reduce your website speed. You should remove the plugins that you don't need and try to run your website using less plugins.

3- Install a cache plugin on your WordPress. WP Super Cache plugin is a good idea.

4- Don't install plugins that don't have good customer review ratings. They may have some speed issues. Also, don't install the plugins that are have not been recently updated.

5- Disable useless features of theme and plugins. Your theme or plugins that you installed may have many options. You should only enable those that you need. By disabling useless features, your website load time decreases.

6- Optimize images that upload into your website. This is very important because most of the time draining resources on current websites are images. You can optimize the images on your device (or using some online tools) before uploading them to your website.

7- Don't overdose your website by videos and images!

8- Enable gzip compression and leverage browser caching on your website.

WPL side

1- Make sure WPL cache feature on WPL->Settings->Global is enabled.

2- Navigate to WPL->Activity Manager and edit the `listing_gallery` activity that calls on `wpl_property_listing_image` position and set its layout to simple instead of default. Simple layout loads only featured image for each listing in the property listing.

3- If you're using WPL Carousel widget inside of home page, it's recommended that you don't set carousel limit to more than 8 listings.

4- Disable WPL Log which is located in WPL->Settings->Global.

5- Enable cPanel cronjob for WPL.

WordPress Backend > WPL > Settings> Maintenance > select the " Purge unfinalized listings" and click on " Clear" button,

WPL > Setting > Locations > Property Pattern > remove [location1_name]

If you want to remove the country name from user location you need to remove the [location1_name] from WPL > Setting > Locations > User Pattern.

**If you would like to use flex slider instead of the carousel widget. You can add a "Text Widget" into " Carousel" position and enter the flex slider shortcode into the text widget.

If you updated your WPL to latest version, then you're able to show the property tags on your desired section or even hide them if you don't like to show them. For this, you just need to edit "listing_gallery" activities on WPL->Activity Manager menu and configure "Show Tags" option.

Also you can do the same for carousel widgets. You can open carousel form in Appearance->Widgets menu and set the "Show Tags" option.

WPL APS addon has a feature for loading the new results by AJAX (Without refreshing the page). You can simply enable it by navigating to WPL->Settings->Global->APS addon and settings AJAX Listing option to enabled. Please check following figure:

To enable it, please follow this path:  WPL > Data structure > Sort Options > and enable the "Advanced Property Type" and/or "Advanced Listing Type".

You can determine the default ordering by generating WPL short code into your desired page.

1- Speed of property details page highly depends to number of images that you added for a listing. Some clients have 30 - 80 images for a listing. We suggest you to remove the duplicated, low quality or useless images from the property. Having less images can reduce the page load up to 3 seconds.

2- Make sure that you enabled new WPL Cronjob system. You can find more explanation about this system here: https://support.realtyna.com/index.php?/Default/Knowledgebase/Article/View/776/

3- Disable the WPL activities that you don't need. For example disable the bingmap or mortgage calculator if you don't need them. You can find some guides about managing the activities here: https://support.realtyna.com/index.php?/Default/Knowledgebase/Article/View/547/

4- Install a WordPress cache plugin and configure it correctly.

5- Read WordPress Optimization article completely and do the items.

1- If you didn't receive any notification, the first reason is you might check the wrong email. Please check the WordPress email of the agent. By the WordPress email of an agent, we mean the email that the agent is registered on your website. You can find that email in WP Backend->Users menu.

2- Check the Spam/Junk folder of the correct email.

3- Make sure that you didn't disable WPL notifications for certain user. Please check this KB article for more info: https://support.realtyna.com/index.php?/Default/Knowledgebase/Article/View/690/

4- WPL used the wp_mail function of WordPress for sending emails. Please make sure that some third-party plugins don't destroy this function functionality on your website.

5- Sometimes, WordPress is not able to send any email due to the wrong configuration on the Mail server. Please check it with your host provider to make sure the mail server is configured correctly.

1- Make sure your WPL plug is updated to the latest version.

2- Make sure you inserted the API keys correctly.

3- Make sure your website domain is inserted in authorized domains of API key. Each API key is valid for authorized domains based on Google policy.

4- Make sure you generated "Google Maps JavaScript API" key not Android, iOS, etc. key.

5- If you still see the error, please open your browser developer console. in Windows OS you can simply open it by pressing F12 key. If you don't see Google map error, please refresh your page once while the browser console is open. You should see an error similar to below one in your browser console:

Google Maps API error: InvalidKeyMapError https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#invalid-key-map-error

Then search the error on this page: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages and read the description column and follow Google instructions for fixing this error.

Definition of Realtyna’s Organic IDX Integration

Organically integrating IDX into a real estate website: The listings on the MLS will be imported to Realtyna Servers, and from Realtyna servers to the destination website.

Organic IDX Integration

Internet Data Exchange (IDX) is a method of accessing listings data. Organic IDX Integration allows members to import and display the MLS properties/ listings on their website. This will be done through Realtyna servers which are importing data from MLS through RETS, which is approved by the National Associations of Realtors (NAR) in the United States.

Procedure - Realtyna’s Organic IDX Integration:

Setup of Organic IDX

Organic IDX is available on WPL Basic and also WPL Pro menus. Clients can simply sign up through the IDX wizard, choose the MLS and sign up for the Organic IDX integration service through the admin area of their Wordpress site. The following article explains the steps of Organic IDX wizard:

You will be able to choose one MLS for a website, with the filter of the following parameters:

• Whether you would like to import all listings or only agent/your office’s listings
• Filter listings based on range of number of bedrooms (define minimum/maximum)
• Filter listings based on range of number of bathrooms (define minimum/maximum)
• Filter listings based on price range (define minimum/maximum)
• Filter listings based on SqFt range (define minimum/maximum)
• Choose listings of only one zip code to be imported.
• Check if you would like to import the sold listings as well *

* Some MLS (like CRMLS) include over 1 Million of sold listings. This would take a considerable time for the import to finish.

MLS Approval

After the IDX Wizard is done, the chosen MLS board should approve and permit to show the listings on the client’s website, for which some paperwork might or might not be required (Depends on the MLS procedure) This process might take a few days depending on how fast the MLS responds.

Average ETA for this step: 2-3 days

Import Process

After MLS provides the approval, Realtyna can start the import process. To run the import process, Realtyna would require the Wordpress (And in rare cases cPanel) access.

The import process time frame depends on the number of listings that fit in the criteria of search you setup in the Wizard step.

By average, it’s expected to import around 1000 (minimum) listings per day.

  Integrations
• System-wide Cron Jobs are required for some add-ons like Importer, MLS, etc.
• You need a powerful web-hosting or preferably a VPS or dedicated server for MLS Integration or Listhub integration
• iconv PHP Extension should be installed for MLS integration.
• Some RETS feeds may need an unusual port number (port 6103) to be opened in your web hosting's firewall. Generally, the Firewall should allow the connection to the MLS server.
• In terms of hosting storage, for MLS integration or Listhub integration, by average 5 MB of space (depending on the MLS provider) per listing is required. It may raise to 15MB per listing for RESO WebAPI integrations.
• For MLS integration/Listhub integration, the hosting should not have any limitation in the inode (file counter).
• For Soap-based MLS providers, the PHP-SOAP extension should be enabled on the server.

To run any kind of sophisticated web-based software such as WPL, your server needs to meet the requirements listed above.

Recommendations

• WordPress debug mode should be off.
• cPanel (recommended but not necessary)
• For integrations, try to have VPS, since over 90% of the cases, could not run on Shared hosting plans due to hosting limitations. 
• Almost all WordPress Managed hosting plans are not supported. Please check with the support team for further details.

Please make sure you move all the jobs and the exact time intervals that were on the previous server.
Also, if you've changed the website domain, make sure to update the jobs with the new domain.
Once you've should continue to function as it was before.

Please note that inserting an accurate address is very important in the WPL functionalities such as map marker, radius search, location text search, etc.

Please be sure to fill in all of the location fields completely to avoid any errors or interruptions in functionality performance.

Note: If you want to change default map position you should find your desired location, geo point and then set its latitude and longitude to Google maps activity. For converting Address to latitude and longitude you can use this service www.latlong.net/convert-address-to-lat-long.html

For the single property layout (pshow) you can only specify the zoom level.

NOTE: In case you have Franchise Addon installed too, you will be able to see all these stats, in a per-child-site basis.

Please note that for the Server Side API Key, you should not set any referrer restrictions (or IP restrictions). Please check the attached image below for an example:

Note: As noted above, we suggest that you don't use IP Restrictions too.

We don't recommend any plugin, you can use the one that you like. There are many popular WordPress SEO plugins and most of them are compatible with WPL.

This issue happens because of the "ft_min_word_len" variable in your server's MySQL Configurations.
It's set to default value of 4, which ignores any word shorter than 4 characters.

You need to change this value to 2 so all your searches that contain values less than 4 letters work properly (like San Juan, Los Angeles, etc).
(Set it to a lesser value like 1 is not recommended, Because it may cause performance issues)

To do so (Root access to the server is required):

1- Edit your MySQL configuration at /etc/my.cnf and add the following line at the end of the file:
ft_min_word_len=2
(If the variable is already there, just change its value to 2)

Note: If your website is a Bitnami app, MySQL configuration file is on a different path:
/opt/bitnami/mysql/my.cnf

2- Restart MySQL server
on cPanel based servers:
sudo /scripts/restartsrv_mysql

On Bitnami stack:
sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh restart mysql

on generic servers (You may need to use mariadb instead of mysql):
sudo service mysql restart

3- Confirm the value has changed with the following SQL command
SHOW VARIABLES LIKE 'ft_min_word_len';

4- Repair WPL properties table to rebuild the indexes:
REPAIR TABLE `wp_wpl_properties`
(If Wordpress's database prefix is different, make changes accordingly)

• The first API key used for frontend functions so you should restrict the key via domains because it's a public key and other users can see your key.
• The second one is Server Side API key. It is a private key used in the backend of WPL in server level so visitors of your website are not able to see it.

1- Make sure the gallery activities are enabled.

Navigate to WPL->Activity Manager and search for "gallery" term and then make sure the activities are enabled.

2- Make sure the images are enabled.

WPL has a feature for disabling listing images. The images are enabled by default but sometimes our clients disable them by mistake. Please edit your desired listing and navigate to Gallery section and make sure a tick icon is showing in the right section of image box. If it's cross icon, then click it to change to tick icon.

Note: Media Confirm feature is disabled by default so you don't see tick icon unless you enable the Media Confirm first from the WPL->Settings menu.

3- Make sure that gallery activity is accessible by all users.

WPL activities has a feature for managing display access. You should make sure that gallery activity accesses and Page Associations are set correctly.

Note that optionally, you may want to resize the activity (using WPL Activity Manager) and put a better size like "400x500", or "350x400", etc. so it could display the activity better.

For fixing these problems simply create a new page named "Home" and insert [WPL] shortcode into it and select it as WordPress home page instead of WPL main page.

Q. What do you mean by WPL main page?

WPL main page is the page that is selected in WPL->Settings->SEO->Main Permalink/Main Page. Please check below screenshot.

WPL and addons

• favorite_listings It used for storing favorite listings of visitor. Its duration is 30 days.
• wpl_unit[1 - 4] it used for storing selected unit of visitor using WPL Unit Switcher widget/activity. The name is dynamic it can be wpl_unit1 for Length, wpl_unit2 for Area, wpl_unit3 for Volume and wpl_unit4 for Currency. Its duration is 30 days.
• wpl_visited_listings It used in WPL Membership addon for "Details Page Registration" feature. It counts the visited listings to open the mandatory/optional registration view. Its duration is 30 days.
• wpl_pcc It's for storing selected listing view by visitor. WPL has some list/grid and map views and when a visitor selects one of them. His/Her selection stores in a cookie for showing the selected listing style. The duration is 30 days.
• wpl_dpr_closed It's related to optional Details Page Registration feature of WPL Membership addon. It's for not showing optional registration window every time that a visitor visits a property. Its lifetime is 1 day.
• WPL_CRM_ACTIVITY Its for storing the last activity date/time of a user/agent in CRM. The duration is 90 days.
• wpl-search-widget-notice It is used for the search widget notice in the backend (Search widget Drag and drop panel). If you close the message, it won't be shown next time. The duration is one day.

Note: If you're not using some of the WPL features, they their related cookies won't create on visitors' browsers. For example if you don't use Currency Switcher feature then wpl_unit4 cookie don't use at all. Same for Details Page Registration feature of WPL Membership addon.

WPL Twenty Eight Theme

There is no cookie in this theme.

• redux_current_tab It used for storing current tab of Theme options. Duration is 1000 seconds (About 17 minutes).
• redux_update_check It used in one of theme update processes. Its lifetime is 1 hour.
