Important Notice about WordPress Update


Action Required:
Before updating WordPress, it is imperative that you update your WPL Pro plugin to the latest version. Failure to do so may result in compatibility issues and potential disruptions to your website's functionality.

Instructions:

1. Please ensure that you have the latest version of WPL Pro available.
2. If, by accident, you have already updated WordPress before updating WPL Pro, you will need to take the following additional step:
- Replace the file located at /wp-content/plugins/real-estate-listing-realtyna-wpl-pro/libraries/rest_api/src/models/business/wplApi.php with the corresponding file from the latest version of WPL Pro.

How to update WPL PRO and WPL addons?

To update your PRO plugin to the latest version, go to the WPL dashboard, enter your Realtyna Billing Credentials and click on the update icon of PRO addon.

1.  Insert the username and password of your Realtyna billing account (http://billing.realtyna.com).   If you do not have an account, open a support ticket and send your purchase number.

2.  After validating your account, click on the update icon of PRO Add-on.

NOTE: Please do not provide your billing credentials to others for security purposes.  Realtyna will not be held responsible for any changes made to your account.

After clicking on the update icon, an update message will display the changes if there are any.  You can then click on the update message for updating.

NOTE: You must create a backup of WPL plugin files and your website database.  Full backup from the cPanel is recommended.  Realtyna is not responsible if your website crashes and there is no backup file for restoring.

NOTE: After clicking on the update message,  WPL will download the update package from the Realtyna server and install it on your website.  This process can take several minutes based on your server performance.  Please do not navigate to other pages until you get the success or error message.
