In this article, we want to inform you about changes to Realtyna's support package renewal policy. Please review the following updates:

1. New Client Support:

Upon purchase of any Realtyna Product, new clients will receive six months of complimentary Realtyna Support. Starting from the seventh month, clients should renew their support for $49 per month.

2. Support Renewal for Expired Packages:

Current clients with expired support packages should renew their support for $49 per month.

Note 1: Please note that submitting support tickets requires an active support plan and our support and technical team cannot view your tickets without active support.

Note 2: There is an opportunity for clients to renew their support package annually at $360 and save $228 per year.

Note 3: All clients can renew their support package through the Realyfeed dashboard ( http://dashboard.realtyfeed.com ) by obtaining the "Standard Support Service" package.

3. MLS On The Fly/MLS Router Clients:

Clients with MLS On The Fly™ subscriptions who maintain a minimum of $99 per month recurring fee for the MLS Router API™ will have MLS feed support as long as they have an active feed and no extra support fee will be applicable.
