We want to inform you about changes to Realtyna's support package renewal policy. Please review the following updates:

1. New Client Support:

Upon purchase of any Realtyna Products, new clients will receive one year of complimentary Realtyna Support. Starting from the second year, clients have the option to renew their support for $99 per month.This fee is automatically waived if you have an MLS Router subscription or Hosting Subscription with us paying $99 or more as a subscription.

2. Support Renewal for Expired Packages:

For current clients with expired support packages, there is a limited-time opportunity to renew at $199 per year until March 20, 2024. After this date, the optional renewal fee will be $99 per month. Please note, until March 20, 2024, you can renew your support package for multiple years at the rate of $199 per year.

3. MLS On The Fly Clients:

Clients with MLS On The FlyTM subscriptions who maintain the $99 per month recurring fee for the MLS Router APITM will remain eligible for support and no extra support fee will be applicable.
