How you can create a search like the image below:

Please follow the steps below:

1- Goto WordPress backend > Appearance > Widgets.
2- Add WPL Search widget to " WPL Hidden"  position.
3- Then add fields by drag and drop like below screenshot. 
Note: For "Listing type" select " Radio button" feature.




4- Select Search widget Style: Float

5- Grab the short-code of the search widget and implement it on the WordPress default front page ( Which usually called Home )
