How to enable registration for the front-end?

To enable the register button beside the login, please follow this path: WordPress Backend > Settings > General > And check the Membership > Anyone can register.
If your WordPress is multi-site installation, you can enable the register button, by this path: My Sites > Network Admin > Setting > Allow new registrations: User accounts may be registered.
