Getting HTTP 302/406 Error when trying to upload images/attachments
Posted by on 22 October 2012 12:42 PM

Getting HTTP 302/406 Error while trying to use advanced uploader of RPL in property wizard in order to upload images or attachments, simply means that while the script is uploading files, it is redirected to some other pages or the upload request is not processed.

This can be caused by several cases:

  1. A joomla plugin that causes the issue.
  2. Some server configurations.

For server configurations try to the following command in your .htaccess:

SecFilterEngine Off

If you are not willing to set secFilter off, you should use "Simple uploader" available for uploading images and attachments.
