The new fields that I have added in to WPL> Flex doesn't appear in the search widget.

After adding a new field in the WPL > Flex menu. If you want to make visible the field in the search widget options, you need to set " Search widget" option to " show". You can find this option by click on the edit icon in the related field. Please visit the Screenshot below:
