How to change location placeholder in search widget?

For changing location placeholder on search widget you can go to Appearance->Widgets and click on "View Fields":

Then as you can see location placeholder changed on frontend of your website:

uhmmm. I am new with joomla and RPL8. how do i get to from the Joomla Appearance->Widgets and click on "View Fields

can you start from the joomla page. we have Joomla! version, 3.4.1.
